Warranty Exclusions

The warranty does not cover the following:

Accidental damage

General wear and tear, misuse, neglect, or buyer-induced damage

Incorrectly installed goods

Overheating caused by excessive dirt or dust buildup

Consumables (e.g., ink cartridges, batteries)

Data recovery or backup of files, programs, and personal data

Fixing incorrectly installed or incompatible software not provided by Elite PCs

Virus removal

Compatibility issues with third-party software or hardware

Damage incurred due to poor packaging when an item is returned to us is not covered. If being returned for a refund, a charge will apply to replace damaged parts. 

We strongly recommend customers keep the original packaging to prevent damage upon return.
